Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan becomes active immediately. When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your surveys and data remain intact. However, you won't be able to use features that aren't included in your new plan until you upgrade again.
Is there a trial period?
The Free plan is permanently free. This allows you to try SurveySpectrum risk-free and upgrade when you need more.
How does billing work?
Billing occurs monthly or yearly in advance via credit card. You'll automatically receive an invoice via email.
